Beep Training is a different way to run.

Workouts are brief and upbeat, and involve running 'shuttles', a short distance that is measured and marked out across a flat surface.


Participants have an allotted time to complete each shuttle; moving back and forth between two markers, audible beeps indicate whether they are keeping pace.


By selecting an appropriate shuttle length (8-20 metres) workouts are easily tailored to different abilities and fitness levels.


Many workouts begin with a brisk walk, so making a start shouldn't be a problem.  Start with a suitable shuttle length and improve from there!

Challenging yourself will improve your anaerobic capacity (i.e., get fitter and stronger), improve your running form, and burn fat and calories.


There are lots of workouts to chose from, and results and progress are easy to monitor, which is great for setting goals and pushing past previous results.


And you can work out almost anywhere; you'll need 8 to 20 metres of flat surface, the app, a tape measure, and a little motivation!
